Honor McGregor is the Head of Vocational Education and owner of Careerline Courses; an online college dedicated to delivering affordable quality education with the flexiblity required in a modern world. Careeline Courses deliver Short Courses, Certificates and Diplomas in everything from agriculture to zoo keeping.

Honor is equal parts academic, small business owner, outdoor enthusiast and mother. A qualified secondary science teacher with a Bachelor of Science from Macquarie University and a Graduate Diploma in Education, Honor has has been involved in the online delivery of education in both the university and vocational sectors since 1994.



Madelene Calalo, RND

Madz is a Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian, having completed her Bachelor of Science in Community Nutrition degree from the University of the Philippines-Diliman. She has been practicing the profession for over two years in the fields of research and clinical nutrition. She is extremely passionate about all aspects of nutrition, health and wellness, with particular interest in weight management, food intolerance, and functional nutrition.

Chad Patrick Osorio, BA Psychology, Juris Doctor (on going) 

Chad graduated BA Psychology from the University of the Philippines (cum laude) and is currently taking up Juris Doctor at the UP College of Law. He has worked with the Virtual Tribunal at the United Nations as a legal intern in Cambodia, under it's International Public Affairs division; as well as a volunteer for it's Victims Support Section. Recently, Chad had spoken at various international events, notably as a lecturer for the Asian Law Students' Association and the ASEAN Youth Leaders' Association, and as a facilitator at the Asian Development Bank. He has also given lectures at several universities such as the Far Eastern University and Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Currently, he works as a Research Associate at the UP Law Center's Institute of International Legal Studies, focusing on the application of international law policies for the marginalized, post-disaster areas in particular. 





Dominic Dayta, BS Statistics    

Dominic sees himself as a modern renaissance man. He works primarily as a Mathematics/Statistics instructor, as well as a researcher in the fields of contemporary Regression Analysis and Computational Statistics (University of the Philippines-Diliman). He is also a published essayist and short story writer, having had his pieces printed in newspapers and journals such as Liwayway, Philippines Graphic, Manila Bulletin, and the Brasilia Review. He is currently at work on both his thesis and first novel.

Raul Ramos, BS, MD, MEd, RN

They say learning never ends and Raul exemplifes this quote as he holds various degrees such as BS in Zoology from the University of the Philippines-Diliman (Honorific Scholar), MD from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center, MEd from the University of the Philippines-Diliman (University Scholar), and RN from Saint Dominic Savio College. For years, he worked as a lecturer in various universities and colleges in areas such as Anatomy and Physiology, Microbiology, Parasitology, Bacteriology, Zoology, Pharmacology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Organic Chemistry, Surgical Nursing, among others. He also has 16 years of work experience as a Resident Physician in hospitals like Makati Medical Center and San Lazaro Hospital. Presently, he is a lecturer at the Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health.

Karen Gail, M.A. Clinical Psychology, B.Sc. Psychology

Karen Gail is a junior psychologist in a private neuropsychiatric clinic in Mandaluyong City which is owned and operated by one of the well-known psychologist in the country. She is responsible for making psychological evaluations and assessments, from clinical, legal and industrial purposes and also practices counseling to their clientele in the past four years. She is also a part-time faculty member in a university and handles subjects in psychological measurement and assessment. Presently, she is pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology in the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. She is in her last year of post-graduate studies and she is about to complete her thesis.



Geoel Esguerra, BS Tourism Management/ Cert in Project Management

Geoel completed his Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management degree from the University of the Philippines-Diliman (Asian Institute of Tourism) and underwent continuous education in Project Management at Santa Monica College in Los Angeles, California. He has over 11 years of corporate experience from various multinational companies in the hospitality industry, as well as entrepreneural background, having managed and led different technology enterprises. He is currently a research analyst at Transport and Traffic Planners, Inc. and is taking his master's degree in Technology Management at the University of the Philippines-Diliman.

 Lolidie Zubiri

Lolidie Jeena Zubiri, BA Speech Communication

Lolidie is a graduate of BA Speech Communication from the University of the Philippines – Diliman. During her undergraduate studies, she took several subjects in Psychology that led to her interest and passion in Human Resources Management. Having worked for start-up companies and multinational companies, Lolidie gained insights in the difference of organizational structures and exposed her to the various Human Resources functions namely recruitment, training, employee retention and evaluation.


Karmela Mariano, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine

She gained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of the Philippines - Los Banos, specializing in poultry production.


Wenona Dagcuta, B Architecture (Licensed Landscape Architect)

Wenona is currently a research assistant at the University of the Philippines' College of Architecture. Her work focuses on discovering efficient means of marrying vernacular knowledge and modern methods on disaster-resilient housing and site planning design. Her particular niche is observing the important role of plants in site planning for maximum efficiency and safety of residential structures in times of natural calamities. She is also a professional landscape architect, having passed the Landscape Architect Board exam held last July 2016.


Arnold Tanoy B.S. in Fisheries

Arnold believes that there is no such thing as a monopoly on knowledge. He advocates on extending knowledge through discussions, seminars, and forums to increase the exchange of knowledge and improve the learning capacity of people and make them appreciate aquaculture and related technology without compromising the fun in learning.

He earned his B.S. degree in Fisheries from the University of the Philippines – Visayas. His career experience started with various research and developmental projects funded by the  University of the Philippines – Visayas, the Department of Science and Technology, and Department for International Development – UK where he developed his platform of knowledge enhancement approaches. After this research stint, he joined a Thai-owned corporation based in India in 2005 where he learned more in-depth innovative technical development and management strategies. His reassignment to the Philippines three years later provided an opportunity to transfer this knowledge to Filipino farmers and improve their farm management styles and shift to more scientific-based methods.

Currently he joined a Knowledge Process Outsourcing business as a risk analyst providing their line of business with analytics and assessment reports that form as basis for the reduction of risks and costs. He also recently has interests on financial management and exchanging data with other experts on business markets.

In the near future, he is contemplating a career path that will involve running an urban business and technical consultancy in the field of agriculture and aquaculture.

Rey is the CEO of RMB Business Solutions. For a couple of years now, he have been helping out businesses and companies in achieving their business goals. By utilizing social media, SEO and content management tools and strategies, companies are able to boost up their branding and engagement with their customers.




Fritz Tentativa

Fritz started being fascinated with photography using a camera phone in 2005. His photos of popular landmarks around South East Asia got published as accompanying images for a Nokia phone model when it bagged the award as best camera phone in 2007. He then firmly believed he would never need to shoot with a DSLR to take spectacular photos. Ever.

Soon enough, however, three years later, he got a DSLR and continued being a hobbyist. In 2011, he left his corporate job, attended master classes in people photography, and apprenticed to an international photographer, all in preparation to being a full time commercial/people photographer. In less than a year, he is already shooting celebrities, shot several magazine cover-features, billboards, and brand marketing collaterals.

Fritz is a CPA, has been painting and sculpting since the age of 6, and is a member of Mensa International.

Emmanuel R. Bernardo,   B LIS

Emman is currently holding a technical position in MarketConnect Inc., a communications and advertising agency specializing in ethical and consumer health products based in Makati City. He is the Multimedia Designer and Flash Developer of MCI. He handles visual design, animation, motion graphics, video editing and post production, and basic 3D composting. With a working background in programming, he also handles web development and Flash game development for the company. A graduate from the School of Library and Information Science (UPSLIS) in University of the Philippines, Diliman, he acquired a background in IT and Information Management, and together with several years of experience in free-lance multimedia design, he became a multi-skilled artisan in the field.
