Environmental management is the process by which environmental health is regulated. It does not involve managing the environment itself, but it is the process of taking steps and behaviors to have a positive effect on the environment.
It also gives an insight into the conservation of animals and their habitats including marine ecosystems, threatened species, bushlands and what current and future issues the conservation and environmental managers may face.
The course reviews basic ecology and environmental problems such as pollution and land degradation.
This foundation course is an integral part of our longer environmental certificates and diplomas. This course develops a basis for managing conservation in different environments.
